BSOM: Physician Faculty and Clinical Support Services (CSS) Employees
In an effort to better serve our patients and coordinate more closely with the holiday schedule with PCMH, Clinical Support Services (CSS) will follow a flexible holiday schedule for the 2008 calendar year. The schedule below reflects that some CSS employees may be required to work on Veteran’s Day (November 11).
NOTE: If CSS employees are required to work on November 11, they will have 12 months to use any compensatory time earned as a result of working on this day. Any employee who is not permitted to use this compensatory leave within a 12-month period will be paid for this time on an hour-for-hour basis. Holiday premium pay does not apply for November 11.
CSS employees may refer to the CSS Flexible Holiday Policy for specific information: (http://www.ecu.edu/cs-admin/hr/upload/CSS_Employee_Handbook.pdf)
